Let It Flow Campaign

Menstruation has been stigmatised not only in India, but in many other parts of the world. While there has been a noticeable paradigm shift in recent years towards normalising periods, there is still a long way to go in addressing several issues. This includes the need for proper knowledge and education about menstruation, and the taboo that affects the mental and emotional well-being of many women. 



Let it flow is a campaign that aims to normalising the talk about menstruation(Periods). 'Soch' is a short film which helps in promoting this campaign by addressing these issue. The campaign has specific aims & objectives in mind, and consists of total 3 short films that targets different audiences based on age, cultural -financial background, and gender. 

 

This is the first short film of the campaign, other two films are currently in Post-Production.​

Synopsis

This is a story of a young girl working in corporate sector who is headed on a field visit with her two male colleagues and a driver. During the journey, she suddenly realises that she might have stained the cab seat and finds herself in an uncomfortable situation.

 

The film gives viewers a glimpse of roller coster emotions that she goes through and how the reactions of her colleagues makes her rethink on how she feels about periods.
